We will collect contact details for guests, including name, address, telephone numbers and email addresses. These details will be supplied at the time of booking. The data is collected from guests who are required to complete their details on a booking form or it may be requested over the phone. This data will then be entered on our Supercontrol Booking and Management System.
We will hold your contact details and the minimum amount of data required. The details we hold for you are held simply for the purpose of allowing us to take bookings, contact you to arrange and provide information about your stay or any matters associated with your stay (eg to provide travel directions or to advise of left property) and deal with payments. Your booking information is processed and stored on Supercontrol Booking and Management System. Card payments are taken on our behalf by HolidayRentPayment. We do not have access to card details. We will not send any promotional e-mails. We will never pass on or sell your details to third parties. Our computer system is secure with a protection system installed. We would tell you immediately of any potential threat.
We will retain your data only for an appropriate period as long as required for business purposes and in accordance with the law.
You have a right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. You also have the right to request that we correct or delete your data (when there is no legal basis for keeping it) If you would like a copy of your personal data please use the contact details or form on our website.
